Enhanced Pathways Programs
Gain a Certificate 1 and discover the right trade career for you
The overall aim of these pre-apprenticeship programs is to give participants a real world understanding of what it’s like to be in a trade.
In addition to practical work, students will attend classroom training at one of our recommended/approved Supervising Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs). SRTOs can include TAFE colleges and institutes, adult and community education providers as well as other relevant industry organisations.
Comprehensive Training: Gain practical skills that matter. Through a dynamic mix of classroom learning and real-world experience, you’ll be well-prepared to excel in your chosen field.
Paid Learning: Participants are paid throughout the entire program, generally 10 -13 weeks.
Nationally accredited qualification: Upon completion, you will gain a Certificate I in your selected industry area – this is advantageous in securing a full-time apprenticeship.
Dedicated Support: Our entire staff are dedicated to your success, you will have a dedicated Field Officer throughout the training and work placement and heads up, if successful in securing an apprenticeship with us upon completion of this program, this person could also be your Field Officer for the duration of your apprenticeship.
Future Opportunities: Successful program completion opens doors to potential full-time apprenticeships with our host employers.
